How ordering works
We do not hold stock. We buy only after you confirm the product, price, delivery details, and final order with us.
1. Choose products
Browse the shop, check the details, and add the products and options you want to your request list.
2. Send the request
Send your request list on Facebook Messenger. A request is not yet a confirmed order and no purchase happens automatically.
3. Confirm before purchase
We confirm availability, final item price, delivery fee, expected timing, quantity, color, size, and your delivery area. We buy only after you agree.
4. Track the order
After confirmation, you receive a private tracking link for purchase, shipping, UAE arrival, and delivery updates. Keep this link private.
